Pharmadata Oy, owned by the Association of Finnish Pharmacies, supplies information systems and data transmission services to pharmacies. Pharmadata’s products include Salix, Procuro, Presto, Proselecta, pd³ and Apteekkiverkko which are used by more than half of Finnish pharmacies. The operating environment of pharmacies is changing which has produced a need for new software. Pharmadata has reacted to this by renewing the PSA software of pharmacies creating a centralised pharmacy system.
HOW DO I TELL MY CLIENTS ABOUT THE SIGNIFICANCE OF PRODUCT CHANGES?
Seven-1 and Pharmadata began their co-operation when Pharmadata was about to launch their new centralised product called pd3 that takes the pharmacy system from pharmacies to a data centre. The Sales Director’s goal was to find a market communications partner with whom they could create subject matter and a launch plan for the new products. Pharmadata and Seven-1 got to work with Myyntisauna that promised results, fast. In a two-day workshop the partners explored customer benefits; what is the customer’s problem and what do they value in Pharmadata’s solution. The result was very real and goal-oriented sales support material. Seven-1 provided Pharmadata with a ready-to-use sales message, a sales presentation, an action plan and sales support material.
Since using Myyntisauna, Pharmadata and Seven-1 have extended their co-operation further. Seven-1 has helped to develop the company’s visual look and designed Pharmadata’s market communications from product logos to printed ads, and branded products to a responsive web site. Seven-1 has received thanks for its results and prompt response.
